Full-stack product engineering
I take an idea from a Figma file or a Notion doc to a shipped product. Frontend, backend, database, payments, auth, the boring parts that decide whether it ships.
Internal tooling
Replace the spreadsheet, the Retool app, the chain of Zaps. Build the small, fast, typed admin tool your team actually wanted.
Rebuilds & rescues
You inherited a codebase. It is slow, brittle, or stuck on a framework no one wants to touch. I do focused rewrites that ship without freezing the team for six months.
AI features done quietly
Retrieval, drafting, classification — wired into a product so it feels like a feature, not a chatbot bolted on the side.

Tell me what you are building, who it is for, and what would have to be true in six months. A paragraph is enough.

We talk about scope, timeline, and whether I am the right person. If I am not, I will usually know someone who is.
